HowYou'll Help Us Connect the World - Reliability Testing: Plan,execute, and analyze reliability tests (e.g., thermal cycling,vibration testing, electrical stress testing, RF performancetesting) to evaluate the adaptability and performance of electricaland RF systems. - Failure Analysis: Investigate failures inelectrical and RF components, perform root cause analysis andpropose corrective actions to improve reliability. - RFReliability: Assess the performance and adaptability of RFcomponents (e.g., amplifiers, filters) under environmental andoperational stress conditions. - Design Teamwork: Work closely withdesign and development teams to implement Design for Reliability(DfR) practices, ensuring robustness in electrical circuits and RFdesigns. - Data Analysis: Analyze reliability data from labtesting, field performance, and warranty returns, identifyingtrends and providing actionable insights to improve productreliability. - Modeling and Prediction: Apply reliabilityprediction models to estimate product life and optimize design forlong-term reliability. - Continuous Improvement: Develop and refinereliability testing methodologies for electrical and RF systems toincrease efficiency and accuracy. - Documentation: Preparetechnical reports summarizing test results, failure analysisfindings, and recommendations for design or process improvements. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with manufacturing, quality,and field service teams to address reliability concerns andimplement corrective actions for field issues. RequiredQualifications for Consideration - Bachelor’s degree in Electricalengineering, Electronics engineering, or a related field (Master’spreferred). - Bilingual. - 3+ years of experience in reliabilityengineering, with a focus on electrical components. - Foundationalknowledge of RF principles, components, and testing techniques. -Experience in reliability testing methods such as HALT, HASS,thermal shock, and vibration testing. - Strong understanding ofelectrical circuits, components, and failure modes. - Proficiencyin data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Minitab) and reliabilitysoftware (e.g., Relia Soft). - Familiarity with reliabilitystandards (e.g., MIL-STD, IEC, Telcordia). - Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root causeanalysis and corrective actions. - Effective communication skillsto collaborate with multi-functional teams and present technicalfindings. Preferred Skills: - Hands-on experience with RF testequipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signalgenerators). - Familiarity with statistical techniques forreliability data analysis. - Experience with PCB design, electricalsimulation tools, and fixing electronic circuits. - Understandingof thermal management and its impact on electronic componentreliability.
