**Buscamos un(a) Ejecutivo(a) de Ventas TI apasionado(a) por conectar soluciones tecnológicas con el crecimiento de las PyMEs****Ubicación**: Ciudad de México | Modalidad: Híbrido**¿Qué harás en este rol?**Serás responsable de identificar, contactar y cerrar oportunidades comerciales con pequeñas y medianas empresas interesadas en transformar sus procesos a través de soluciones tecnológicas a medida.Te unirás a un equipo ágil y con visión estratégica, en una empresa en crecimiento que apuesta por la innovación y la cercanía con el cliente.**Responsabilidades**:- Prospectar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el segmento PyME.- Entender las necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones SaaS personalizadas.- Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta: contacto, demostración, propuesta y cierre.- Mantener y desarrollar relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.- Trabajar en colaboración con equipos técnicos para asegurar propuestas viables y competitivas.- Usar CRM para dar seguimiento riguroso a cada oportunidad.**Requisitos indispensables**:- +3 años de experiência en ventas de software, preferiblemente SaaS.- Experiência comprobable en cierre de ventas B2B.- Conocimiento del ecosistema tecnológico orientado a empresas medianas (CRM, ERP, automatización, etc.).- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.- Capacidad para comprender soluciones técnicas y explicarlas de forma simple.- Actitud emprendedora y enfoque en resultados.- Dominio del Idioma Inglés**Valoramos también**:- Experiência en empresas tecnológicas o consultoras de TI.- Conocimiento del mercado mexicano de PyMEs.- Experiência previa vendiendo soluciones a sectores como retail, servicios o logística.**¿Qué ofrecemos?**- Salario competitivo + esquema de comisiones atractivo.- Oportunidad de crecimiento profesional en una empresa en expansión.- Formación continua y acompañamiento comercial y técnico.- Cultura colaborativa, horizontal y con foco en resultados.sy3Bqfg51c
