Organization: DMC RECRUITMENT GROUPJob Description: Architectural Cladding SpecialistLocation: TorontoSalary: $70,000k+We're partnering with a respected architectural practice to find an Architectural Cladding Specialist with a strong technical skillset and deep knowledge of building envelope systems.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in the details and is passionate about delivering high-quality, constructible drawing sets for large-scale and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:Produce precise and technically accurate cladding and envelope drawings using RevitCollaborate closely with architects and senior technologists to translate design intent into detailed cladding assemblies and façade systemsAssist in resolving complex technical issues related to the building envelopeParticipate in the review of submittals and shop drawings specific to cladding elementsContribute to project documentation with a focus on constructability and code complianceWhat You Bring:5-8 years of relevant experience in architectural production (DD,CD)Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino or other 3D modeling tools is an assetSolid understanding of cladding systems, façade detailing, and envelope assemblies for commercial, mixed use and residential buildingsAbility to work collaboratively and take initiative in solving technical challengesStrong attention to detail and a passion for producing high quality technical drawingsIf you're a detail-oriented technologist with a passion for cladding and façade systems, we'd love to hear from you.
