Health & Value Coordinator**Job Description**:Professional in charge of developing and adjusting HEOR models and value story elements to support value communication of Pfizer products for reimbursement in public and private accounts.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Administer and coordinate relevant local studies or projects in the areas for oncology and immuno-inflamation (HTA, health economic, epidemiology and outcome studies) to support the value proposition to Payers and HMOs in order to maximize local market updtake.- Present the results of pharmacoeconomic and outcomes research studies to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders for communicating the value story of the portfolio's products.- Create tailored local value messages with the HTA and health economic evidence that resonate.- Set up and implement projects based on specific market need for outcomes / health economic data needs.- Synthetize clinical and economic evidence into messages easily understood by clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.- Provide outcomes research related data on pipeline products, like how to show the burden of disease and thus preparing the market for the eventual launch of the product, and to translate clinical benefit into accepted outcomes measure of cost-effectiveness of the product post launch.- Develop HTA and health economic arguments into interactive computer programs and other promotional tools for Access KAMs use.- Write and/or supervise the potential publication of pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research articles/abstracts developed within Pfizer Mexico.- Provide support for health economics and outcomes research studies to be developed in the Latin America region through sharing the necessary information required by the head office.- In support of market access objectives, developing RWE an Outcomes Research studies, and manage study approvals process- Prepare manuscripts on RWE and Outcomes Research studies, submit for publication process.- TECHNICAL, MANAGERIAL:_- Ability to think and plan strategically, aligned with the capability to implement/execute plans.- Strong analytical capabilities.-- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix to successfully deliver objectives on time and within budget.- Field-oriented.- Excellent internal and external communication.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and individually.- Proactive.- Focused on performance.- Promoting an inclusive atmosphere.- Foster open discussion and debate.- Qualifications_- Medical or Economic University degree- Master's degree in Health Economics and/or health sciences, or relevant experience within the field- + 2 years of experience in the pharma industry, Scientific or HTA institutions- Work experience in HTA - Health Economic institutions or entities will be valorated.- Direct experience in the following areas desired:- Health Technology Assessment-- Health Economic-- Outcomes Research-- Customer value proposition and utilization-- Experience in delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Market AccessLI-PFE
