Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doThe Account Executive (AE) is a highly motivated self-starter responsible for developing and closing new business or expanding existing accounts within the SMB segment. AEs focus on acquiring new customers or selling additional use cases, products, and services into current accounts. They are accountable for exceeding quotas, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and partners.This position reports to the Manager, SMB.ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual sales quotas to support company goalsBuild and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting within the SMB or Mid-Market segmentDeliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and onlineNegotiate enterprise-level proposals and contractsForecast sales activity and revenue accurately using sales toolsCollaborate with pre- and post-sales resources including SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Account Managers, Partners, Legal, Security, and Support teamsTravel as necessary, typically 10%Job DesignationHybrid: Employees work both in-office and remotely, with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office. The exact schedule may vary by team.What you bringBasicBA/BS degree or equivalent experiencePreferredExperience managing and closing software sales cyclesProven ability to over-achieve quotasProficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, ExcelBackground in IT industry and multinational environmentsIntermediate English or higherLife at DocusignDocusign values trust, equality, and inclusivity.
