A de C.V.,** empresa con más de 40 años de experiência en el mercado de las artes gráficas y pionera en soluciones de impresión digital en México.**SOLICITA: CARE CENTER REPRESENTATIVE****FUNCIONES**:- Atención a clientes vía remota- Seguimiento y actualización de casos (Customer Relationship Management 100%)- Planificar la agenda de trabajo de los ingenieros del área de servicio técnico- Solicitud de piezas al área de almacén para el soporte y mantenimiento de máquinas de impresión- Gestionar el proceso de replenish de distintos componentes de las máquinas de impresión- Participar en el diseño e implementación de auditorías del servicio provisto a los clientes**Requisitos**:- Ingeniería Industrial |Administración de Empresas- Inglés avanzado- Vivir a máximo 1 hora de distancia- Excelente presentación- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita- Dominio de intermedio a avanzado en paquetería Office- Conocimientos de SAP- Manejo de TIC ´S**LUGAR DE TRABAJO**: CDMX y Zona Metropolitana**HORARIO**: 08:00 AM - 06:30PM**BENEFICIOS**:- Prestaciones de ley- Gimnasio- Bebidas gratis- Descuentos en lentesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $12,****** al mesBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Servicio de gimnasioTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
