**LANGUAGE LEAD - LATIN AMERICAN SPANISH****What You Will Do**:- Manage test translation for Latin American Spanish by providing analysis and guidance on results- Create and maintain guidelines for Latin American Spanish quality management- Create and maintain style guides for Latin American Spanish- Create and maintain Glossaries for Latin American Spanish- Verify deliverables are up to Lionbridge standards for Latin American Spanish- Ensure customer instructions and internal processes are correctly followed by linguists- Ensure language quality processes are correctly followed internally- Manage communication with external linguistic resources for Latin American Spanish- Recommend linguistic resources based on project requirements- Coordinate with Lionbridge language leads to facilitate smooth communication with clients.- Work with other members of the group, in a team or as a project lead, respecting all procedures.- Ensure best practices are met across all deliverables.- Propose workflow optimizations.- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on Latin American Spanish quality.**To Be Successful, You Will Have**:- Native level fluency in Spanish, able to provide guidance on the language- Enjoys managing several products simultaneously and can easily switch context between projects- Possesses excellent cross-functional negotiation and communication skills- Has an excellent eye for detail- Excellent command of the English language is essential- Strong communication skills, both written and oral- Strong video games translation experience is required- Linguistic degree is a real plus- Strong team player- Good organizational and time management skills- Flexible and proactive approach to tackling tasks- Use of CAT software (memoQ is a big plus)- Eager to learn and become proficient in new tools**In Return, You Can Expect**:- The opportunity to work with world-leading companies, opening the door to limitless opportunities.- Working with a Forbes-listed World-Leader in "Best Remote employer", "Top employer of Women" and "Top employer for Diversity".**About Us**:All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.- Breaking Barriers.Building Bridges._
