Job DescriptionTravel Pass is a travel agency that is looking for SALES agents, who will be in constant contact call (back to back) with people from all over the world who are interested in booking hotel rooms or just calling for pricing or general hotel information.**Functions**:The function of the sales agent will be to make the reservation regardless of the reason for which the clients call, providing an excellent sales job to finish convincing them.Following the "5 step sales process" taught in training which is summarized in the following steps: - Opening - Probing - Features and Benefits - Offer - Close In addition to following the 5 step sales process, it has to be complemented with good objection handling (ARC), these processes are not optional, but mandatory in every call.The handling of objections is of utmost importance, it is required to be an insistent person and not to take "no" as an answer, receive incoming calls from potential customers, ask a series of essential questions to know the main needs of the customer, have active listening to know what hotel amenities to offer and make an attractive offer, give the complete description of the room including prices and amenities and mainly close the sale being persistent, always with the goal of achieving the sale.
