The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employeesWill be legal representative for companyIndustrial and labor relations ("Collective bargaining agreement" negociations, Internal Rules, HR Policies and procedures)Personnel services administration as Lunch room service, personnel transportation, guards, cleaning service,Participate and fullfil with IATF 16949 Std for HR points as (Resources, Communication, Continuos improvement, audits, Management review meetings, HR KPI, RisksHealth, safety and environmental managementParticipate into HR Groups in industrial parks,Gubernamental RelationsTranning and development of presonnelamong othersQualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experience; , master degree on HR field will be a plusFully bilingual English-Spanish, japaneseAge 35-45 years old10 to 15+ years' experience in Human ResourcesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgement #J-18808-Ljbffr
