**Project Manager FBS**:- General Management (GM)- Santa Fe General Office**Detalles del empleo**WHO WE ARE:Ford Motor Company was built on the belief that freedom of movement drives human progress.It's a belief that has always fueled our passion to create great cars and trucks.And today, it drives our commitment to become the world's most trusted mobility company, designing vehicles or a smart world that help people move more safely, confidently and freely.To do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the Transportation Mobility Cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.- THE ROLE:PMO acts as a coordinator between multiple projects at the business and organization level to be sure their benefiting each other and aligning with overall goals for Ford Business Solutions.OUR IMPACT:- Manages the full project management life cycle for the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic and end-to-end Initiatives for Ford Business Solutions (FBS)- Implements and establishes policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all initiatives in the Program- Manage the program to oversee the impacts and interdependencies between initiatives and works to ensure workstreams meet the goals and objectives of the Program- Provides both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, and issues, and makes recommendations on project decisions to Program Manager and senior management- Manages all aspects of the project/program management of FBS, which may include: cost benefit analysis, work plans, program/project milestones/timelines, governance forums- Provides project management support to the Process Re-engineering Team for all end-to-end activities- Develops evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement- Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved- Meets with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions- Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout the program's lifecycle- Analyzes program risks- Manages contracts and vendors assigned to Ford Business Solutions included in the program along w/all invoice processingWHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent work experience required- 4+ years of proven, progressive experience in program management- Experience in execution of multiple projects simultaneously- Program Management within a cross functional environment- Proficiency in Project Management tools (Eg., Clarity, Rally, MS Projects, Six Sigma PTS)- Independent, Self-starter who can work in ambiguous situations and drive to a solutionCOMPANY DESCRIPTION:- DISCLAIMER:Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.- #FordMotor**Id.de solicitud asignado automáticamente**- *****BR**Nível Idioma Inglés**- Avanzado**Disponibilidad para viajar**- No**Rotación de turnos**- No**Tipo de Contratación**- GSR
