Customers in more than 135 countries depend on Aviat Networks to build, expand, and upgrade their voice, data, and video solutions.About the RoleThe Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving business excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction within the Americas region. Responsibilities include optimizing sales processes, forecasting demand, analyzing and reporting data, managing the sales funnel, and continuously improving operations. Additionally, the role involves administering Salesforce to support the Executive Leadership team in making informed business decisions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce administration are essential for success in this position.ResponsibilitiesProactively manage, analyze, coordinate, and communicate monthly and forward-looking sales forecast data.Sales Force Management (Reports/Dashboards, New accounts/Update approval)Analyze pipeline and facilitate faster-moving sales funnelAnalyze CRMManage weekly funnel reviews with regional TMs to ensure accountability and win/loss sharingEnsure linkage between functions that support sales forecast (Sales, Demand, Supply, Order Fulfillment, Finance, Marketing).Sales forecast and performance analysis and reporting (sales forecast accuracy & productivity metric improvements)Management of the Salesforce process used in each regionEnhance sales conversion rates.Prepare Sales ReportingTrack and facilitate Growth Strategy initiativesCollect metrics to consolidate and refine bookings forecast.Collect metrics on NPS and other customer satisfaction metrics.Provide backup to Sales Operations Manager for Revenue ActivitiesRevenue forecast tracking including (BTR, Equipment backlog and services)Annual Plan PreparationOrganize Monthly Regional Sales meetings with CEO/VPOther duties as assigned.Qualifications & CompetenciesDegree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field5-8 years minimum experience in Sales Operations, Sales management, or related fieldAdvanced experience in Salesforce, data analysis and sales forecastingDemonstrated experience in strategic planning, process improvement and implementing sales strategiesProficiency in CRM software – Salesforce or other sales automation toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and translate into actionable insightsFamiliar with sales forecasting methods, sales analytics, and pipeline managementOrganizational and time management skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business environmentsAttention to detail, strong focus on accuracy and efficiency and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departmentsWe encourage you to read our Candidate Privacy Notice.
