PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in **** by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation.In over 40 years of business, we have grown into an international company with over 2,000 trucks and 6,000 trailers.Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers, and we believe it starts with exceptional employees who are passionate about their work.Our culture is unique in that we offer the growth opportunities of a large company but still maintain that "small-town" feeling and community here at PAM.**About This Opportunity**The B1 load planner role is an opportunity to display your operational experience.Day to day, you will work closely with Driver Manager and Account Managers across the Mexico organization.B1 Load planning is a key role in the operational growth of PAM MX.As a B1 load planner you will be responsible for managing an area that produces 1,*****,050 loads per week.**Schedule**7:00am to 4:30pm - Monday to Friday**Salary Range**$22,000 to $27,000 per month.**Responsibilities**- Effectively communicating with Driver Managers and Account Managers.- Communicate daily goals and capacity availability.- Positively impacting on time service to customers.- Manage equipment utilization of 600 trucks and 1,500 trailers tied in with teamwork with all operational staff.- Driving Safety within our B1 fleet.- Cross Border management (Nuevo Laredo/Laredo & Juarez/El Paso).- Mx Truck Utilization (Import/Export management).- Capacity Forecasting (US & MX).- Identifying Market needs & providing insight on areas of opportunity.- Local empty trailer recoveries for continued MX growth.- MX Export (NB load assignment).- Matching trucks to an area with outbound freight.- Deadhead management.**Job requirements**- Experience in strategic planning and business analytics.- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.PAM Transport is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug-free workplace.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, status as a protected veteran, among other factors, or status as a qualified individual with a disability.Pay: $23,****** - $27,****** per month**Experience**:- transportation planning: 1 year (required)**Language**:- english (required)Work Location: In person
