Advanced conversational English is required.Previous experience in consumer goods or manufacturing sectors.Sobre nuestro clienteInternational FMCG companyDescripciónLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the achievement of business financial targets.Act as a strategic partner to commercial areas and growth initiatives, providing financial insights to support key decision-making.Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize the value chain, assess profitability of product launches, marketing investment, and pricing strategies.Ensure cost control and profitability goals are met, while monitoring SG&A spending.Identify financial risks and lead corrective action planning in a timely manner.Advise on operational improvements and process efficiency initiatives.Oversee capital expenditure planning and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.Lead and develop the Finance team, fostering internal talent, high performance, and professional growth.Maintain effective communication and coordination with strategic partners, including participation in board meetings.Perfil buscadoBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Advanced conversational English is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience, with significant exposure to leadership roles.Previous experience in global organizations, ideally within the consumer goods or manufacturing sectors.We are looking for a finance professional with strong business acumen, someone who can go beyond numbers, influence strategic decisions, and take full ownership of key financial indicators such as the P&L and balance sheet.Qué OfrecemosAdditional benefits#J-*****-Ljbffr
