Review documents received from drivers and carriers relating to deliveries made. Create invoices in our transportation software (Mercury Gate – AS400) or in the one required by our customers. Verify that the rates in the system are correct and correspond with agreed upon rate. Reply to all customer inquiries related to invoices. Maintain accurate customer records in billing requirement database. Work closely with Customer Service & Sales Dept for billing issues. Track missing paperwork required for overdue invoices. Qualifications Proficient in MS Office (mainly Outlook and Excel). Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent knowledge of English and French (verbal & written). Enjoys working in a team. Previous employment at a trucking or freight forwarding company is an asset. Working knowledge of Mercury Gate or AS400 an asset.
