Senior QuickSight Specialist – Advanced English

We are looking for an Amazon QuickSight Specialist to design, develop, and implement business intelligence and data visualization solutions using the AWS QuickSight platform. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into interactive visualizations and dashboards that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Design and build interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Amazon QuickSight to meet specific business needs. Create dynamic reports and ad-hoc analyses for different areas of the organization. Implement best practices in visual design and user experience for dashboards. Data Management Connect QuickSight with multiple data sources (Amazon Redshift, RDS, S3, Athena, on-premise databases, flat files, etc.). Prepare and transform data using datasets and SPICE analyses. Optimize query and visualization performance. Implement and maintain efficient data models. Analysis & Support Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. Train end users on dashboard usage and self-service tools. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support. Security & Governance Implement row-level security (RLS) policies and access controls. Manage user and group permissions. Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection policies. Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Technical Experience 2–4 years of experience working with Amazon QuickSight. Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases. Experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Athena, RDS, Glue). Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Additional Skills Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (desirable). Understanding of agile methodologies. Experience with version control systems (Git). Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong internal and external customer orientation. Preferred Certifications AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Data Analytics. Certifications in data visualization or business intelligence. 100% remote position Short-term project with possibility of extension. Opportunity to work on international data projects.
