Product Planning And Fulfillment Analyst

Schedules new orders from the customers- Manages production plans in the different qualified sites- Handles the planning settings and parameters to ensure the planning engine runs correctly- Manages balance of inventory levels, factory loadings, product availability and lead times in support of business objectives- Analyzes problems related to delivery and determines root causes/solutions.- Resolves supply versus demand disconnects in relation to defined and planned factory capacities.- Sets priorities and ensures factory execution in support of committed customer supply.- Participates in capacity expansion plans in anticipation of the customer demand- Participates in process improvement sessions and implementations- Runs weekly metrics/reports- Participates in end of quarter activities to ensure revenue targets are met- Collaborates with innovative ideas to generate new tools/report to help the planning communityDesired skills:- Advanced MS Excel and MS office- Advanced English level, capable to establish business communications.- Great communication skills (written and spoken)- Good data Analysis skills, capable to find patterns, generate conclusions and define actions- Team work and adaptability to change- Strong knowledge of supply chain (logistics)- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills- Experience in the electronics industry and SAP knowledge is ideal.
