Amphenol Mexicali is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in evaluating our manufacturing processes and workflows to implement improvements that will enhance efficiency and productivity.Responsibilities:Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and change.Apply practical knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process.Create processes and procedures that help the company meet budgetary goals and performance quotas.Design and develop new products and product prototypes in collaboration with the creative team.Participate in brainstorming sessions and interdepartmental meetings to ensure collaboration and cohesion.Establish effective and efficient work sequences.Develop innovative solutions to existing manufacturing problems.Create standardized design criteria across all product lines.Requirements:Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.Proficiency in oral and written English.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in tool design.Experience in automated equipment programming.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Experience in project management.Strong problem-solving skills.If you meet these requirements and are ready to take on a new challenge, we invite you to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
