**Automation Engineering Manager****Experience with automation of metal-mechanic and electrical processes for the manufacturing of protection devices.**Manufacturing Company located in Ciudad Juarez is searching for **Automation Manager -Engineering.**The incumbent is responsible of overall management of automation design initiatives, development and execution of new technologies available for the manufacturing processes of electrical protection devices - fuses.Lead the automation of engineering projects, acts as liaison to site, and customers for project requirements, specification, plan and installation, ensures stipulated specification and requirements are met, and delivered within budget and on time.**CAPEX **project management, preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring projects to assure that the project meets its financial targets.**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering Degree or related bachelor.MBA a plus.- Bilingual: English - Spanish- Proven working experience in developing automated equipment systems as a Project Engineer.- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks.- Programming PCL skills.Able to develop, troubleshoot and/or integrate machine controls.- Electrical and mechanical trouble shooting skills.- risk assessment before the design and development of a automation projects in terms of safety- Advanced MS Office skills- Project Management.Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.- Good Written and Oral Communication Skills.- Attention to Detail, Speed, Accuracy, Superior Problem Solving, organizational and teamwork skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $1.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutino
