**Responsibilities**:- Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality- Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.**Qualifications**:- 5-8 years of relevant experience- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.- Responsibilities:_- Work with the administration and development teams to ensure that designs effectively accommodate long-term maintainability, supportability, robustness, and scalability of software solutions_- Keeping abreast of patches including minor and major version releases of Pega, database, OS_- Responsible for updating appropriate system level documentation and knowledge base documentation_- Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analysis_- Provide explanation and information to others on difficult issues_- Advise development team on performance improving solutions_- Responsible of Development in PEGA System to create, modify workflows on PEGA._- Provide Technology expertise for complex projects that involve roadmap creation for the workflow transformation program_- Develop HU's for project activities_- Come up with creative solutioning especially when needed to mitigate scope and capacity risks_- Providing vision, strategic leadership, and operational direction to workflow implementation._- Qualifications:_- 5+ years of progressive senior technology leadership experience leading transformational technology efforts, ideally in the financial sector or mid-size Fintech companies._- Knowledge of PEGA / workflow transformation implementation_- CCSA or LSA CertificationsSubject Matter Expert (SME) on PEGA system._- Developer Ab Initio GDE 3+years_- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate_- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication_- Knowladge in Agile Culture_- Desirable Knowledge on AML or KYC Concepts_**Job Family Group**:Technology- **Job Family**:Applications Development- **Time Type**:Full time- **Most Relevant Skills**Please see the requirements listed above.- **Other Relevant Skills**For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.-- View Citi's _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
