About KueskiAt Kueski, we're dedicated to improving the financial lives of people in Mexico.Since ****, we've been the leading buy now, pay later (BNPL) and online consumer credit platform in Latin America, known for our innovative financial services.Our flagship product, Kueski Pay, provides seamless payment solutions for both online and in-store transactions, establishing itself as the preferred option for a quarter of Mexico's top e-commerce merchants.Notably, we were the first to introduce BNPL on Amazon Mexico.We're a tech company with a culture geared toward innovation, collaboration, and impact, fostering a strong, diverse, and inclusive company culture.In ****, Kueski was recognized as the top BNPL platform by Fintech Breakthrough and earned the title of one of Mexico's most ethical companies from AMITAI.PositionKueski is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive complex, technically robust product initiatives in close partnership with engineering and design.You'll help shape strategy, define roadmaps, and lead agile execution, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Planning & ExecutionDevelop Epics and User Stories for implementing initiatives.Understand the intent behind the new product or product release.Ensure the backlog for upcoming sprints is up to date.Drive this alignment across teams & stakeholders.Establish and drive a consistent shipping cadence.Quality & Delivery CadenceEnsure product quality is high, with few bugs and issues.Contribute to QA of product features.Ensure teams are focused by default on scoping small.Perform validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.Customer Value & Impact TrackingAccountable for bringing customer needs to the table and understanding how Kueski can deliver value based on them.Continuously monitor how their product/use case is behaving to understand if they are hitting the right metrics.They share this with their team.Job Requirements5+ Product Management experience defining end-to-end productsExperience in startup environmentExperience defining end-to-end productAbility to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.Experience with web/ mobile development technologies.Technical knowledge to define complex solutions and translate them into awesome products.Ideally, the candidate would have experience with payment providersEnglish: professional proficiency.Diversity & InclusionAt Kueski we embrace diversity in all forms, systematically promote equity, and ensure everyone feels included with a sense of belonging.We are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified candidates.As part of this commitment, we will make efforts to ensure reasonable accommodations are made during the hiring process.If reasonable accommodation is needed, please let the Talent Acquisition team know.#J-*****-Ljbffr
