Paramount busca **Content Programming Coordinator** en Ciudad de México para sumar al equipo de Pluto TV.Tus principales responsabilidades serán:- Implementar la estrategia de programación de Pluto TV gestionando un grupo de canales en el Sistema de Gestión de Contenidos (CMS).- Aplicar estrategias de programación basadas en datos para TV, películas y contenido digital.- Revisar y seleccionar contenido según la estrategia, el rendimiento y las necesidades de los canales gestionados.- Identificar, medir y analizar el crecimiento de la audiencia, incluyendo segmentos existentes y nuevos, asi como los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) de los canales.- Categorizar los canales y definir el nível de soporte para cada categoría.- Gestionar la guía electrónica de programación (EPG) y los horarios de horario estelar (prime time) de cada canal.- Analizar y evaluar tendencias en el rendimiento del contenido y el comportamiento del consumidor.**Requisitos**:Buscamos graduados en Comunicación, Cine o carreras afines con experiência en programación de contenido en TV, cable, MVPD o entornos digitales multifacéticos, capaces de combinar instinto artístico con análisis basado en datos.Es importante contar con un nível avanzado de inglés, así como con una capacidad creativa para la programación de contenido y conocimiento de estrategias de programación y planificación de contenidos.Se valorará la familiaridad con datos de audiencia tradicionales y digitales, tecnologías de streaming, gestión de activos digitales y herramientas de programación.Join the Paramount Streaming Talent CommunityGet the inside scoop on life at Paramount Streaming and about career opportunities.Pluto TV, a Paramount Global company, is the leading free streaming television service in America, delivering 250+ live and original channels and thousands of on-demand movies in partnership with major TV networks, movie studios, publishers, and digital media companies.Pluto TV is available on all mobile, web and connected TV streaming devices and millions of viewers tune in each month to watch premium news, TV shows, movies, sports, lifestyle, and trending digital series.Headquartered in West Hollywood, Pluto TV has offices in New York, Silicon Valley, Chicago and Berlin.
