On-Site Talent Acquisition SpecialistYou have the power to make a meaningful impact in people's lives.At our organization, we connect a community with unique experiences.If you're passionate about connecting with people and exceeding expectations, we'd love to meet youAbout the RoleThis on-site position is based at our office in León.As an On-Site Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call center positions, including customer service representatives.Your Key Responsibilities:Leverage your expertise in market intelligence to develop innovative sourcing strategies that attract large pools of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and community partnerships.Partner closely with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, career centers, and workforce development organizations.Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in local markets.Use data and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring speed and quality.Evaluate and improve our talent acquisition processes to ensure consistent compliance with employment laws and company policies.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Previous high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in call center, customer service, or similar environments.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.CompetenciesHigh-volume recruitment expertiseMarket intelligence & strategic sourcingData-driven decision makingLeadership & team developmentCandidate experience managementAbout Our OfficeThis is an on-site position based at our office in León.
