Función General del Puesto:Responsable de coordinar las actividades que contribuyen al cumplimiento de las normas, leyes y procedimientos aplicables a la operación en materia de seguridad y salud ocupacional, así como de protección del medio ambiente y seguridad patrimonial.Funciones y Actividades:- Implementar, mantener y mejorar medidas y procedimientos enfocadas en minimizar las posibilidades de Accidentes e Incidentes de Seguridad, Salud o Medio Ambiente- Planear, Realizar y Evaluar los trámites legales y estudios requeridos ante autoridades gubernamentales en materia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.- Cumplir con la documentación requerida por las dependencias en materia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente- Participar, atender y contestar auditorias por parte de autoridades gubernamentales y/o terceras partes en materia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente- Mantener documentación de dichos tramites o auditorias- Coordinar actividades en caminadas al mantenimiento del sistema de gestión ISO-*****.- Coordinar la capacitación al personal en materia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente- Coordinar y administrar la documentación con relación al manejo, almacenamiento y disposición de residuos y materiales peligrosos- Realizar y documentar las investigaciones cuando se presenten accidentes, incidentes de seguridad o de medio ambiente, así como liderar las acciones correctivas y preventivas que se deriven de dichas investigaciones- Coordinar la formación, capacitación y funcionamiento de las comisiones de seguridad, como lo son las brigadas contra incendio, primeros auxilios, evacuación y formar parte de al menos una de ellas.- Coordinar la administración y uso del equipo de protección personal- Coordinar servicios externos como son fumigaciones, compra de EPP y aditamentos de seguridad- Coordinar y realizar recorridos, verificando el seguimiento del personal a los procedimientos de Seguridad, Ocupacional, Salud y Medio Ambiente- Generar y monitorear órdenes de trabajo derivadas de dichos recorridos.- Coordinar actividades encaminadas al cumplimiento de los programas de Seguridad, Salud, Seguridad Ocupacional y Medio AmbienteHabilidades:1. Toma de Decisiones.2. Servicio al Cliente.3. Liderazgo.4. Trabajo en equipo.5. Administración del Tiempo.6.
