The Powertrain Senior Designer position is for a highly skilled and experienced designer for the Powertrain Design Services group.The primary responsibilities include performing packaging, concept, design, layout and checking related assemblies and components.**Requirements**:**Basic Qualifications**:- Minimum 5 to 7 years' design experience- Extensive experience with NX parametric solid modeling and Teamcenter- Strong written and oral communications to lead design and packaging meetings- Strong organization, planning and data management skills- PC Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)**Preferred Qualifications**:- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or a technology related discipline- Experience in the design of complex castings and precision machined components- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes- Strong English skills
