Fleet Issuance Analyst American International Group, Inc. About the role General objective: Ensure the correct and timely issuance of policies guaranteeing compliance with policies and procedures established by the Company, while meeting SLA requirements. Issue policies and endorsements for all lines of business, ensuring mandatory documentation, slips, and calculations are included. Compare agent/client requests against underwriter proposals to ensure proper issuance and notify underwriting of any differences. Register all information in the system and verify accurate entry. Issue policies following local regulatory and compliance rules. Coordinate with corresponding areas to obtain required information or approvals. Maintain target quality and meet SLA within the agreed timeframe. Required competencies Behavioral competencies Communication skills: clearly convey and receive information. Business SLAs: understand business expectations regarding key deliverables. MS Office Proficiency: use data processing packages such as MS Office, advanced/intermediate Excel.
