Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and problem-solving methodologies to optimize production processes, improve throughput and reduce waste.Process OptimizationIdentify bottlenecks, propose improvements and implement standardized work methods to ensure safety, quality and productivity.Ergonomic & Safety EvaluationsConduct ergonomic assessments (REBA, RULA, QEC, etc.) and support EHS initiatives to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Project ManagementCoordinate cross-functional projects, ensure timely execution of action plans, maintain documentation and track progress against objectives.Work Instructions & DocumentationCreate, update and improve work instructions, SOPs, process flowcharts, control plans and visual aids for production.Collaboration with DepartmentsWork closely with Quality, Maintenance, Production and Engineering teams to solve issues, support new product introductions and ensure smooth operations.Support for Automation & LayoutEvaluate workstation layout, material flow and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and operator performance.EducationBachelor’s degree in industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, process improvement or related areas.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, VSMSix Sigma toolsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsDemonstrated ability to lead and supervise operational teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing feedback.Experience with time studies, method analysis and process mappingExcel (pivot tables, formulas) and data analysisFamiliarity with ergonomic methodologies (REBA, RULA, QEC)Strong analytical thinking and problem-solvingGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work under minimal supervisionProactive, organized and detail-orientedExperience in NPI or line transfers.Experience in electronic manufacturingEnglish (Spoken and written) #J-18808-Ljbffr
