About the Role The Global Connected Planner is a critical supply chain professional responsible for enabling sustainable, best-in-class service levels while optimizing inventory and cost. Acting as a bridge between demand and supply, this role ensures visibility, proactive service protection, and effective communication across markets and factories. The Global Connected Planner collaborates globally to balance supply and demand, supports category and regional planning, and drives scenario-based decision‑making. Responsibilities Service Protection: Proactively monitor and act to maintain service levels across markets. Visibility & Reporting: Produce stock tunnel reports for markets and sites, ensuring clear visibility of service level projections. Supply‑Demand Balancing: Support global category and regional teams in balancing supply and demand across factories and markets. Scenario Planning: Conduct ad‑hoc cost/benefit analyses on options to resolve imbalances, presenting recommendations to leadership. Monthly Supply Reviews: Lead monthly supply review meetings for assigned categories/regions. Inventory Management: Support setting and execution of inventory targets in collaboration with markets and factories. Issue Management: Identify and address distressed SKUs to prevent stockouts. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with markets, factories, and regional teams to streamline planning processes. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in supply or demand planning within CPG or similar industries. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and recommend solutions. Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and planning systems. Familiarity with SAP, Kinaxis RR, or similar ERP tools. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage ambiguity, and make timely decisions.
