Company DescriptionJellyfish delivers digital marketing solutions across the world for a host of impressive brands from offices across five continents.Our award-winning combination of technology and talent help us deliver paid media, UX, SEO, social media, analytics, optimization, creative, and development solutions.Job DescriptionAs Senior Payroll Manager you demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of payroll systems and have extensive payroll management experience, a strong ability to lead, problem-solve, and collaborate with others.This position will provide regular cyclical payroll support predominately for our LATAM and NAMER regions inclusive of Brazil, Mexico and US (across various states) working closely with our third party provider.You will be expected to have established expertise in one or more of these countries.While this position requires a strong focus on LATAM and NAMER, the role includes a global scope and presents an excellent opportunity for professional development in contributing to projects, tasks and initiatives outside of the role's immediate scope.You will contribute to Jellyfish's success by seeking to drive efficiency, best-in-class standards and excellence to the payroll function.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for employee payroll related to all LATAM and NAMER countriesKey point of contact for all country-specific and global projects which impact the payrollsMaintain strong cross-departmental relationships, supporting / aligning objectives and keeping each other well-informedPay employees accurately and on time by overseeing the transfer of information to the payroll provider (TMF) and ensuring completion of paymentsProvide superior customer service to all employees; answering payroll-related employee and manager inquiries within the expected time frame.Ensure compliance with regional legal requirementsDevelop procedures and audits to ensure data integrityLead continuous process and system improvementsManage tax, benefit, and financial audits as they relate to the payrollsManage the resolution of all payroll tax inquiriesManage payroll providers and other related suppliersEnsure mergers and acquisitions are integrated successfullyWork with the finance business partner of payroll to deliver accurate business intelligence, reports, and dashboardingManage pension and benefit enrollment / payments each pay cycleRespond to employee queries via ticketing system in TMF / HorizonQualificationsExpertise in one or more of the LATAM and NAMER countries listedHigh-level of demonstrable payroll systems competenceSkilled in sheets and manipulation of dataFluent in EnglishExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong client support, resulting in a positive employee experienceBasic knowledge of general ledger to support accounting inquiries and resolve reconciling items related to payrollPayroll provider management experience (TMF is advantageous)Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, often competingAdditional InformationPossibilities of multiple evolutions, on different positions and in our different officesCompetitive salary, based on experience (Fixed Salary, Bonus and Anniversary Increase)A complete range of training courses and projects to enable you to be a driving force in your professional development and to perfect your expertise all along your journey within JellyfishFlexible Working PolicyEqual Opportunity Employer: Jellyfish is committed to making adjustments in our recruitment process to enable you to demonstrate your full potential.Should you require reasonable accommodation, please fill out the form here.Flexible workingAnnual BonusAnniversary IncreaseTraining and DevelopmentLife AssuranceEmployee Assistance Programme - Counseling#J-*****-Ljbffr
