About TorcTorc is a career-first platform that connects top tech talent with meaningful job opportunities.More than just job matching, Torc is a community — offering events, livestreams, and exclusive content to help professionals grow, learn, and stay connected.When you join Torc, you’re not just finding a job — you’re joining a network that supports your career development every step of the way.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Product Owner to help define, prioritize, and deliver features across a growing digital product ecosystem.You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable requirements and ensure the team is always building the highest-value outcomes.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys turning customer insights into clear product direction, and loves working with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.What you’ll doPartner with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, turning them into product requirements and user stories.Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization based on value, impact, and dependencies.Work closely with engineering and design teams to clarify requirements and support successful delivery.Define acceptance criteria, validate completed work, and ensure features meet quality standards.Participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, and retrospectives.Analyze feedback, data, and market insights to inform product decisions and continuous improvements.Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and release plans.Contribute to roadmap development and communicate progress to stakeholders.What we’re looking for3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing a product backlog.Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user behavior.Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.Nice-to-HaveExperience with SaaS platforms or digital product development.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.Exposure to user research or UX design processes.Understanding of API-driven products or technical environments.While we may not be able to respond to every applicant, your profile will remain in the Torc Talent Community, giving you access to future opportunities, events, and resources to grow your career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
