**Job Title**: Touchscreen & Kiosk Hardware Manager - Procurement, Shipping & Logistics**Location**: (Your Company Location)**Job Type**: Full-Time**Reports To**: VP of Operations**Job Summary**:We are seeking a **Hardware Manager** to oversee procurement, shipping, and logistics operations for touchscreen kiosks, digital signage, and related hardware.This role ensures efficient sourcing, purchasing, shipping, and inventory management while optimizing supply chain performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships.**Key Responsibilities**:**Procurement & Vendor Management**:- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with hardware manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.- Evaluate vendor contracts and pricing to optimize cost savings and product quality.- Track and forecast inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and supplier agreements.**Shipping & Logistics**:- Coordinate domestic and international shipments for kiosks, touchscreen displays, and components.- Manage logistics providers, including freight carriers and warehousing partners.- Monitor shipping timelines and proactively address delays or issues.- Ensure all shipments comply with import/export regulations and customs requirements.**Inventory & Supply Chain Management**:- Oversee warehouse stock levels and streamline inventory tracking.- Implement processes for quality control and hardware inspections upon arrival.- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.- Optimize storage and logistics strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency.**Operational & Project Coordination**:- Work closely with internal teams (sales, project management, installation, and customer support) to align hardware procurement with business needs.- Provide regular reports on purchasing, shipping, and inventory KPIs.- Assist in developing warranty and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes for defective hardware.- Support hardware testing, assembly coordination, and installation logistics.**Required Skills & Qualifications**:- 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or hardware management.- Strong knowledge of touchscreen kiosks, digital signage, and hardware components.- Experience working with global and domestic suppliers in the technology or hardware industry.- Proficiency in shipping software, inventory management systems, and ERP tools.- Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping processes.- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in the kiosk, digital signage, or AV (audio-visual) industry.- Knowledge of shipping carriers like FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarding logistics.- Familiarity with warehouse operations and lean supply chain practices.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.**Why Join Us?**- Be part of a growing company at the forefront of self-service touchscreen and kiosk technology.- Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth.- Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities to optimize and innovate procurement and logistics processes.Pay: $47,****** - $57,****** per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in *****, Las Américas, Jal.
