Responsibilities Tu misión será : Diseñar, dar seguimiento y analizar KPI's de RH como turnover, absenteeism, training y exit survey Proponer mejoras basadas en el análisis de indicadores clave. Generar dashboards dinámicos en Power BI para la toma de decisiones. Automatizar procesos que hagan más eficiente la gestión de datos de talento. Qualifications Lo que buscamos en ti : Experiencia en People Analytics, compensaciones y métricas de RH Conocimiento sólido de Power BI y Excel avanzado Capacidad para traducir datos en insights estratégicos. Conocimientos básicos de compensaciones, preferente en metodología Mercer Job Details Ubicación : Colón. Granada CDMX Horario : Lunes a viernes, 9 : 00 a 18 : 00 hrs.
