Treasury Analyst

Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Cash Management**:- Prepare and analyze the daily cash position for US operations.- Manage weekly cash and loan reports for corporate entities.- Oversee the clearing of payments in SAP and ensure timely processing.- ** Reporting and Forecasting**:- Generate weekly Cash Flow Actuals reports to provide insights into financial performance.- Contribute to the preparation of the Weekly Cash F Report, summarizing daily payment activities.- Collaborate on payment proposal files and support Accounts Payable aging analysis.- ** Payment Processing**:- Review and release invoices through the Efficient Finance portal.- Verify and confirm wire and ACH payments daily.- Process check registers, including printing and voiding as needed.- ** Compliance and Controls**:- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.- Coordinate with team members and auditors to support compliance initiatives.- ** Collaboration and Support**:- Partner with internal teams to address queries related to cash management and payments.- Train and guide team members on treasury processes when necessary.Experiência y requisitos**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting, preferably in a Shared Services Center environment.- Proficiency in SAP and other financial management systems.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience with bank portals and payment processing systems.- Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in treasury operations.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
