Ensure proper implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), while guaranteeing compliance with applicable standards and internal requirements.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesDefine operational guidelines and controls to comply with ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****.Incorporate regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements into IMS planning.Prepare the annual IMS budget, including resources for training, communication, and audits.Supervise implementation of operational controls within the IMS.Coordinate communication with key departments.Lead and monitor the internal audit program, report findings, and ensure follow-up.Manage training for internal auditors and quality-related topics.Coordinate Management Review meetings and KPI tracking.Approve IMS documentation and maintain updated Quality Plans and KPIs.Monitor changes in standards or contractual requirements that impact the IMS.Oversee root cause analysis and update policies, objectives, and targetsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management systems, process analysis, and audits.Experience implementing ISO standards and integrated management systems.Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management programs.Lead Auditor certification (ISO).Advanced knowledge of ISO standards and applicable regulations.Advanced English proficiency.LocationEnsenada, Baja California, MexicoSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAdministrative, Consulting, and General BusinessIndustriesManufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
