Xideral es una empresa con más de 20 años enfocada al mercado digital, Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un **ServiceNow SAM Developer.**Responsabilidades.- Desarrollar y mantener soluciones en ServiceNow centradas en SAM y Asset Management.- Diseñar y modelar datos en CMDB para soportar procesos de SAM y HAM.- Implementar integraciones de SAM con herramientas de descubrimiento y software de gestión de licencias (p. ej., SCCM, Flexera, JAMF, BigFix).- Gestionar y optimizar modelos de licenciamiento (perpetuo, suscripción, SaaS, por usuario).- Asegurar cumplimiento de licencias, optimización de costos y apoyo en gestión de proveedores.- Automatizar procesos con Flow Designer e IntegrationHub.- Colaborar con equipos de ITSM/ITIL y administrar cambios y configuraciones de activos (Asset & Configuration Management).- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y documentación técnica.Requisitos.- **Ingles avanzado - INDISPENSABLES.**:- **Experiência: 5+ años en IT, con al menos 3 años en desarrollo en ServiceNow; 2+ años de experiência práctica en SAM.**:- Experiência en: gestión de activos, modelado de datos CMDB y integraciones con herramientas de descubrimiento.- Licencias y cumplimiento: experiência previa en cumplimiento de licencias de software, optimización y gestión de proveedores (preferido).- Conocimientos técnicos:- **Sólido conocimiento de ServiceNow SAM y módulos de Asset Management.**:- Experiência en JavaScript, Glide scripting y ServiceNow APIs.- Experiência práctica con integraciones SAM (p. ej., SCCM, Flexera, JAMF, BigFix).- Comprensión de modelos de licencias (perpetuo, suscripción, SaaS, basado en usuario).- Familiaridad con CMDB y procesos de Discovery de ServiceNow.- Experiência con Flow Designer e IntegrationHub para automatización de procesos.- Conocimientos de ITIL (especialmente Asset Management y Configuration Management).- Certificaciones (preferidas):- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Requerido- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM - Preferido- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM (valorado)- ITIL v3 o v4 Foundation - ValoradoOfrecemos:- Sueldo dependiendo de los años de experiência que tengas.- Pago nominal y quincenal.- Prestaciones de ley y superiores.- Aguinaldo, Prima Vacacional y Dias extras de vacaciones pagadas.- SGMM y Seguro de Vida- Fondo de Ahorro y Vales de Despensas.- **Trabajo remoto en la CDMX - tener disponibilidad para ir a reuniones de manera esporadica.**:- Contrato de forma indefinido.Si cubres con el perfil postulate solo con tu CV actualizado.
