Requirements We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce platform architecture, code review, and end‑to‑end solution design. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical leader capable of defining scalable architectures, ensuring code quality, and guiding teams through best practices in Salesforce development, integration, and DevOps. This role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams (developers, administrators, business analysts, and project managers) to translate business requirements into secure, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions within Salesforce and its ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Architectural Design & Governance Design and implement scalable, modular, and high‑performance Salesforce architectures using best practices and frameworks (e.g., Separation of Concerns, TDTM, Apex Trigger Frameworks). Evaluate and optimize existing Salesforce orgs (code base, configurations, integrations, and CI/CD processes). Define technical standards, governance models, and architectural patterns for Salesforce solutions. Code Review & Development Standards Review and refactor Apex, Lightning, and integration code to maintain performance and compliance with Salesforce best practices. Mentor developers on clean coding principles, trigger frameworks, and code efficiency. Ensure proper use of Salesforce DX and second‑generation packages (Unlocked Packages) to manage dependencies and version control. Integration & Data Architecture Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP Web Services, Azure, ERP, etc.). Implement and manage SSO, Email Services, and Data Migration strategies using tools like DataLoader. Work with data modeling, ETL flows, and API‑based synchronization between systems. Deployment & DevOps Manage source‑driven development using Git, Copado, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines. Oversee environment strategy, sandbox management, and automated testing. Support continuous integration and deployment workflows ensuring consistent release management. Leadership & Collaboration Act as a technical point of contact for development teams, ensuring architectural alignment and high‑quality delivery. Lead code review sessions, provide mentorship, and assist with complex debugging. Work collaboratively in Agile/SCRUM teams, serving as a technical mentor and solution advisor. Documentation & Communication Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications. Communicate effectively in English with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across international teams. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and architecture. Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC & Aura), and Salesforce DX. Proven experience designing modular and enterprise‑scale Salesforce applications. Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, Azure PaaS, Single Sign‑On (SSO), and DataLoader. Knowledge of framework‑based development (SoC, Kevin O'Hara, TDTM). Experience with Git, ANT Migration Tool, Copado, and Unlocked Packages. Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, profiles, record types, and permission sets. Experience performing code reviews, org audits, and performance optimization. Solid understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced). Preferred Certifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I ✅ Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder ✅ Salesforce Certified Administrator ✅ Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer ✅ Salesforce Certified AI Associate ✅ Copado Certified Fundamentals I ✅ (Nice to have) Salesforce Platform Developer II or System Architect / Application Architect certifications. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Leadership and mentorship mindset. Proactive and detail‑oriented with excellent communication abilities. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams. Focused on code quality, reusability, and long‑term maintainability.
