Hardware Design Engineer**Fecha**:16 jul. ******Ubicación**: Monterrey, MX**Empresa**:OP Mobility- Proporcionar soporte de diseño, desarrollo y producción de ingeniería para nuevos productos de iluminación exterior para automóviles con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos de costos y tiempos del programa.- Mantener líneas abiertas de comunicación con clientes externos, equipo de proyecto interno y proveedores.- Documentar los requisitos de hardware para electrónica de lámparas, matrices de LED y electrónica de LED.- Proporcionar un diseño detallado de la circuitería electrónica en las herramientas de la empresa basadas en la librería estándar de diseño o diseñar nuevos circuitos según sea necesario trabajando con el equipo de diseño.Los circuitos pueden incluir módulos de controlador LED, módulos de control de faros, controladores de matriz de LED, DC/DC-SMPS, microcontroladores y matrices de LED.- Modelado de circuitos, análisis de circuitos "worst case" y conocimiento de LED.- Trabajar con ingenieros de MCAD y ECAD para garantizar diseños de arneses y PCBAs de alta calidad.- Supervisar y ejecutar las pruebas y la validación de la electrónica para garantizar que el diseño cumpla con los requisitos de la empresa y del OEM.- Actuar como punto de contacto único para todos los temas relacionados con la electricidad para los proyectos asignados y mantener la documentación de los procesos de la empresa.- Trabajar con proveedores de fabricación de productos electrónicos (EMS) o con el Shop de prototipos interno para la fabricación de productos electrónicos.- Trabajar con ingeniería de componentes y departamento de compras electrónicos para dar de alta nuevos componentes en la base de datos de la empresa para nuevos circuitos.- Desarrollar planes de prueba de hardware, DFMEA, reglas de diseño, selección de nuevos componentes, apoyar el desarrollo del plan de prueba de lámparas.Ingeniería Eléctrica o similar, Maestría en Ingeniería Eléctrica de preferentemente- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en diseño, desarrollo y lanzamiento de electrónica automotriz.- Conocimiento práctico del modelado de circuitos electrónicos utilizando herramientas de simulación como PSpice, LTSpice, Matlab o equivalentes.- Dominio del uso de la herramienta de captura de esquemas electrónicos (Preferentemente Altium).- Familiarizado o conocimiento de herramientas de ingeniería como Teamcenter, DOORS NG, Vector CANoe, Mathcad.- Diseño de Electrónica de Potencia: Fuentes de Alimentación Conmutadas (SMPS), Convertidores DC-DC, Reguladores Lineales en entorno de automoción.- Familiarizado con la comunicación LIN/CAN- Familiarizado con sistemas integrados como microcontroladores.- Conocimiento de métodos de prueba ambientales y EMC.- Fuertes habilidades de análisis de datos y resolución de problemas.- Capaz de trabajar en un grupo multidisciplinario de Ingenieros Ópticos, Mecánicos y Electrónicos.- Habilidades informáticas utilizando software empresarial estándar.- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal- Capacidad para funcionar en un entorno dinámico orientado al equipo y manejar múltiples prioridades.- Ingles Conversacional
