They combine technical expertise with human-centered design to prototype and implement innovative solutions. Creative technologists blend expertise in code, hardware, and emerging technologies to bring ideas to life.As a Creative Technologist at Kyndryl Vital Mexico, you will take ownership of design workstreams—leading the development of design documentation, system flows, and interactive prototypes that address customer needs. You’ll work directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to define design requirements and technical approaches, translating vision into user-centric solutions that align with business goals.You’ll be hands-on in building high-fidelity web or mobile prototypes using frameworks like React, Vue, or Flutter, and may integrate cloud functions, sensors, or AI services to explore emerging possibilities. You’ll mentor junior team members, provide feedback on prototypes or code, and elevate the team’s technical and creative capabilities.You’ll lead design and prototype review sessions, confidently advocating for experience quality while balancing stakeholder input and implementation feasibility. You’ll work closely with engineering and product leads to embed design thinking into delivery frameworks—ensuring insights from prototyping inform product roadmaps. You have a track record of projects where you took ideas from concept to prototype to implementation in some form.Human-Centered Design: You have a deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset.Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: You excel at uniting design and engineering.Innovation: You can apply new applications for emerging tech.Rapid Prototyping: You can create context-appropriate, low-to-high fidelity prototypes.Feasibility Analysis: You can assess design’s technical feasibility.Storytelling: You can communicate clearly and compellingly.AI and Data Ethics: You leverage AI tools while maintaining quality and ethical standards.Preferred Professional and Technical ExpertiseSignificant experience in an industry or tech domain that enables you to be a subject matter expert (for example, IoT products, AR/VR experiences, fintech applications, etc.).A mix of enterprise and agency experience, demonstrating you can handle corporate-scale projects with structure as well as more agile, creative projects.Solid understanding of IT systems, cloud services, or enterprise software integration – you know how to consider existing systems in your prototypes or how to prototype in a way that aligns with larger IT architectures.Experience incorporating insights from human behavior research or change management into technology solutions, showing that you understand the human factors in technology adoption.Demonstrated experience or strong interest in data science/AI – perhaps you have worked on a project involving machine learning, or you are comfortable working with data-driven personalization or analytics in a product.
