Experience Required: 8+ years in QA / Testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Lead role.Job SummaryA seasoned Test Lead with strong domain expertise in Commercial Insurance and proven experience managing offshore delivery teams in a multivendor environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead testing efforts for Commercial Insurance applications including Claims, Underwriting, and Policy systems.Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements.Coordinate with offshore QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.Manage test execution cycles, defect triage, and reporting.Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and compliance with QA standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.Provide leadership and mentoring to junior testers and offshore teams.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong domain knowledge in Commercial Insurance (Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration).Hands-on experience with offshore delivery models and distributed teams.Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and lead QA efforts across geographies.ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
