A specialized Wound Care Clinic based in Los Angeles, dedicated to helping patients heal from chronic, non-healing wounds using today's most advanced treatment techniques.Every patient deserves expert care and a faster path to recovery—and that starts with a passionate, detail-oriented team.RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH.We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team.This role supports our clinical staff by transcribing medical information in real time, updating records and billing data, and managing routine administrative tasks that help ensure smooth clinic operations.Serve as a documentation assistant during clinical visits, transcribing patient information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) in real time.Accurately update patient billing information and maintain up-to-date records.Use a variety of digital tools including Zoom, EHR systems, and virtual phone line software to support day-to-day tasks.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards for data security and patient confidentiality.Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Proven experience using medical software systems, Zoom, and virtual phone platforms.Prior experience in the medical field or a formal education background in healthcare (e.G., medical assistant program, nursing, public health).Excellent listening, typing, and multitasking skills.Full-time: Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend shifts.Hourly Pay: $****** – $****** MXN/hour (based on experience) Paid Holidays Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses Interested candidates should submit their resume in ENGLISH outlining their experience and availability.Job Type: Full-time Medical Software: 1 year (Required) Zoom: 1 year (Required) Nurse: 1 year (Required) English, Writes in English, and Reads in English (Required) Work Location: Remote
