world.About The PositionAs an IT Process Transformation Analyst at NOV, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies across the organization.Reporting to the IT Intranet, Collaboration & Support Applications team, you will partner closely with cross-functional business units to identify optimization opportunities and lead the implementation of impactful solutions.Leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will gather and analyze data, document business requirements, and develop strategies to enhance workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.By applying industry best practices in areas like value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and Lean methodologies, you will deliver actionable recommendations that drive business growth and help NOV better serve our customers.As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their unique challenges and translate these insights into comprehensive process improvement initiatives.Your ability to communicate effectively, influence cross-functional partners, and manage multiple priorities will be crucial to your success in this dynamic role.You will also drive team efficiency by managing work through structured ticket creation and organization in our service management and agile project impact at NOV.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to understand processes at a unit level and perform root cause analysisGather and analyze data to assess processes, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies for continuous enhancementDocument and refine operational processes and best practices, creating user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mappingsProvide actionable recommendations backed by a solid financial case to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectivesLead transformation initiatives to improve scalability and the client experienceDevelop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, gaining a deep understanding of each department's unique challengesLead the creation and management of tickets within our service management and agile project management systems, including creating epics, user stories, tasks, subtasks, and bugs to effectively track and organize teamwork.Minimum QualificationsB.S.in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or commensurate work experience2+ years of customer-facing experience, presenting to and interacting with customers at all levelsProven track record of driving continuous process improvement, including developing and implementing strategies to optimize workflowsStrong data-driven analytical skills and experience in operational problem-solving and quality assuranceExcellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust in relationshipsSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaborativelyAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and at multiple organizational
