**Furniture Purchasing Manager****Mexico City, Mexico***We are a US company with offices on three continents looking for a Furniture Purchasing Manager to support and represent us in Mexico.If you feel that your skillset matches our requirements, then we would like to talk to you.Qualification and skills:- Extremely strong English-speaking skills- Experience with delivery of e-sourcing/procurement of furniture with a focus on business process review and design- Experience with full procurement transformation including sourcing, P2P technologies, organizational change, and business process review regarding all furniture transportings- Experience with sourcing and procurement area of the supply-chain of all furniture materials, strategy and operational procurement, demand management and vendor/supplier management- Familiarity with the furniture industry and the trends- Optimising all our programs for delivering of furnitures locally and internationally- Completely Trustworthy- Ability to work independently- Strong oral and written communication skills- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment- Experience in têxtile industry and sense of design is considered an advantage**Duties**:**- Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies- Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure- Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals- Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency- Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking- Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers- Determine the quantity and timing of deliveries- Develop warehousing and shipping capabilities- Build up a micro sourcing capability to feed unique distinct products to the target market- Ensure products align with the business requirements of cost and manufacturing**If you want to be part of an international company and want to help us grow an outstanding support team, if you feel that your skill set matches our requirements, then we will be delighted to have you on board.**Working place: Home-based (Mexico City).***Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $19,****** - $30,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- Please share your gross salary expectation per month in MXN.**Experience**:- purchasing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
