Vehicle Support Specialist RoleWe're seeking a customer-focused expert to drive exceptional support experiences for our clients.As a Vehicle Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring seamless interactions with our products.Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, meeting defined service levels.- Provide personalized, customer-centric solutions in troubleshooting and issue resolution.- Set and manage customer expectations to ensure high satisfaction rates.- Document and maintain accurate records of customer cases, updates, and follow-up tasks.- Process customer forms and documentation with precision.- Develop expertise in assigned products, tasks, and support processes.- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Account Management) to resolve customer issues proactively.Requirements:- 1–3 years of customer support experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is a strong asset.- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms is beneficial.- A commitment to delivering excellent service quality.- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.- Positive attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for problem-solving.- Collaborative mindset and willingness to help.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Reliable performance in team-oriented settings.- Analytical approach to problem-solving and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Become an Expert:As a Vehicle Support Specialist, you'll gain hands-on knowledge of our business model and software suite, becoming an expert in assigned products and tasks.This role offers opportunities for growth, collaboration, and skill development in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
