Sr.Program Manager -Strategic programsThis role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.We're solving the world's most complex challenges, and our people are at the forefront of progress.In a Sales role at HPE, you'll play a part in building the future - one big idea at a time.You'll be selling HPE products, services, software, or solutions to customers, both directly and indirectly.Working at HPE, you'll have the resources to develop your talent and creativity.Are you ready to unleash your potential?- Do you want to make an impact through large-scale digital and business transformation?- Are you curious and collaborative, with the ability to influence key decision-makers?- Would you like to join a dynamic and diverse team in an organization that provides continuous learning, flexible working, career growth and award-winning benefits?**About the position**:The Sr.Program manager will be focused on defining, developing, and delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programs across WW Sales Compensation and Readiness Team, as well as the wider HPE organization, that deliver measurable and sustained benefits for our customers, partners and internal teams.At a time of growth and mindset-shift to aaS of the Global Sales business at HPE, this is a critical role that will be focused on high-visibility, high-impact activities with critical outcomes for Sales.The incumbent reports directly to the WW Sales Compensation Program Executive.As part of small, dedicated team scope, shape, manage and execute critical global strategic transformation programs that are cross functional in nature.Key stakeholders for this PM role include WW Sales Comp & Readiness VP and their leadership team, Global Sales Leadership team, Global Sales Strategy & Planning representatives, Finance, HR/Resource management, IT, Global Operations as well as external vendors/ agencies.This role will typically influence across Dir and above level talent.**How you'll make your mark**:- Understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define.Shape and execute transformation programs,- Continuously seek out improvement opportunities- Fostering and facilitating organization-wide collaboration to solve complex business problems and provide an independent point of view- Leading cross-functional transformation programs - defining opportunities, evaluating data, designing, and implementing end-to-end optimal and sustainable solutions- Defining and executing change management initiatives to support strategy and process changes- Manages matrixed project resources effectively in planning and execution activities- Communicating program updates, KPI's in a timely, succinct and engaging way to key stakeholders- Set and drive consistency through PM standard methodologies**About you**:- Typically, 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.- Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.- Prior experience as a PMO/ managing transformational projects on a global scale is an advantage- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage- Process Improvement Skills (Lean Six Sigma Certifications -Green/Black Belt beneficial)- Sales comp and/or sales experience is critical- Strong analytical skills- Excellent Microsoft Office skills- EQ: the ability to tune in to others' reactions, needs, and goals- Selfless and supportive approach to the role**Personal Qualities and Skills**:- ** Growth Mindset**: curious; continually learns and applies knowledge; challenges existing thinking and practices; contributes and adopts new ideas and approaches- ** Values driven**: reinforces our HPE values through day-to-day actions and behaviors- ** Collaborative**: works well with others; builds strong relationships and trust; contributes to an environment that promotes effective teamwork and strong collaboration- **Adaptable communicator**: ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas and updates (in both verbal and written communication) across all levels of the organization- ** Goal orientated**: works independently, directing their initiative, ownership and energy to getting things done and achieving results- ** Flexible and Organized**:professional and structured approach to program delivery; ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales with mínimal supervision- ** Prioritization skills**: comfortable working within a complex and global environment, with different stakeholder and interest groups- ** Influence and negotiation skills**: ability to build strong relationships with multiple senior stakeholders to shape programs from high level objectives, address concerns and effect change**We offer**:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work e
