You’ll contribute to architecture decisions, mentor team members, and translate user needs into scalable, high-quality systems. **Responsibilities*** Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define technical requirements* Design and develop software components across multiple systems* Review code and specifications to ensure quality and maintainability* Resolve complex bugs and performance issues* Apply best practices in coding, testing, and development processes* Work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments* Stay current with emerging technologies and tools* Support and mentor junior developers* Design and manage data models for scalable applications**Requirements*** 5+ years of experience in software development or related fields* Based in Mexico City or willing to commute 2 days per week to our Reforma office.* Practical experience or education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent* Proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript-Angular, C#)* Familiarity with data modeling and optimization techniques* Experience with test-driven development and modern development tools* Strong communication and collaboration skills* Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners**Work in a way that works for you**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
