OverviewEcoFinance is a fast-growing fintech delivering accessible B2C financial services worldwide as a part of Dyninno Group. Through brands like Creditprime and Honey Loan, we offer short-term loans, instalment loans and lines of credit via our online platform. With over 5 million clients across Romania, Moldova and the Philippines, EcoFinance ranks among the top ten microfinance providers by loan volume. As we prepare for the launch of a secured loan product (secured by real estate) in Spain we are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to design and lead the operational framework for this initiative. Location: Remote from Spain. Please submit your CV in English.ResponsibilitiesDesign the operating model for a home-equity lending product, covering customer lifecycle, collateral processes, and servicing flows.Develop the onboarding pipeline, including eligibility checks, document processing, collateral verification, underwriting coordination, and final decisioning.Analyse market secured-lending repayment behaviour, including delinquency patterns, restructuring practices, early repayment trends, and customer repeat behaviour.Oversee collections and recoveries process establishment, including soft, hard, and legal collection processes, as well as debt-sale procedures.Define operational staffing and structure, outlining personnel profiles, team architecture, contact/call-centre and back-office needs.Support financial modelling by providing operational cost drivers and assumptions for portfolio P&L planning.Advice on with verification and compliance workflows setup, including KYC/AML processes, fraud prevention tools, property valuation, and third-party vendor integrations.QualificationsSenior leadership experience in secured lending operations, home equity, mortgage, or large-ticket consumer lending.Strong understanding of collateral workflows, underwriting operations, and collections for secured products.Excellent organizational and analytical skills, able to build efficient and scalable processes.Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams.Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).With us you willBe a part of a top-tier team of professionals, work on global projects that reach millions worldwide, create complex one-of-a-kind in-house products and solutions.You\'ll be rewarded with a competitive salary that reflects your experience and skills.We are driven by innovation and continuous learning, building a culture where both personal and professional development thrive.Join us and grow alongside a dynamic team making a significant impact in the ever-evolving world of fintechPlease note that the processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with the privacy notice, which could be found here - #J-18808-Ljbffr
