Ensure that the flow of materials is carried out in a reliable, timely and safe manner throughout the entire production flow, complying with the first-in-first-out policy, also ensuring that all personnel know and respect said policy.3. Ensure that direct materials supplied by suppliers are received efficiently, on time and in a proper manner.4. Ensure that the finished products required by customers are shipped efficiently, on time and in a proper manner, considering compliance with C-TPAT requirements and ensuring that all personnel know and respect said requirements.5. Ensure timely supply of components to production lines.6. Ensure the order and cleanliness of the areas under the responsibility of Materials Management.7. Follow up on the activities required for the Materials Handling area, regarding the engineering changes that are going to be implemented.8. Adequately coordinate the activities required to carry out the physical inventories.9. Coordinate the efficient flow of delivery and collection transports of materials and products, as well as the administration of mobile equipment for material handling.10. Monitor performance indicators related to customer deliveries and supplier receipts, inventory accuracy, expedited freight, etc., always seeking continuous improvement in compliance with said indicators.11. Work as a team for the movement of non-conforming materials and process NCMD's.12. Prepare the cycle count plan and ensure that they are carried out efficiently.13. Develop PFEP methodology and ensure that updated information is available regarding packaging specifications for customer and supplier part numbers.14. Establish the appropriate communication and material flows to ensure that there is sufficient disposable and returnable packaging material in Inalfa plants and in the supplier's plant.15.
