Sales Account Manager

The primary mission of a Sales Account Manager is to drive business growth and profitability by selling profitable projects to both new and existing customers.With a strategic focus to establish Koch as the industry's leading supplier of value-added finishing and specialty processing systems.**Key Responsibilities**:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing a strategic sales plan.- Collaborate with estimating and engineering teams to create competitive bids and compelling proposals.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.- Develop strategies for securing orders and conduct strategic review meetings.- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.- Establish and nurture vendor partnerships for lead generation and innovative solutions.- Actively participate in industry events and trade shows.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.- Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements.- Provide product demonstrations and training to showcase Koch's equipment.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing.- Strong understanding of finishing and specialty processing systems.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to travel as needed.Join Koch Finishing Systems Mexico and be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and excellence**Equal Opportunity Employer**: Including disability/veteran
