Prompt Engineer

**Responsabilidades**:- Diseñar, desarrollar y perfeccionar prompts generados por IA para distintas aplicaciones.- Asegurar la alineación de los prompts con las metas empresariales.- Monitorear y analizar el desempeño de los prompts, identificando oportunidades de mejora.- Optimizar los procesos de generación de prompts para mejorar el rendimiento del sistema.- Mantenerse actualizado sobre los avances en IA, NLP y ML.- Apoyar a los equipos de desarrollo y producto en las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de prompts.- Redactar informes sobre el rendimiento de los prompts y el progreso de desarrollo.**Requisitos**:- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.- Competencia para redactar correctamente prompts para modelos de lenguaje.- Experiência en diseño y optimización de prompts generados por IA.- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con distintos departamentos.- Conocimientos sobre tendencias tecnológicas y aplicaciones de IA en el entorno empresarial.- Capacidad para identificar problemas y diseñar soluciones innovadoras.**Competencias Funcionales**:- Consciencia de las tendencias económicas, tecnológicas y globales que impactan la industria.- Conocimiento de tecnologías actuales y futuras para construir eficiencia en la organización.- Aplicar el pensamiento de diseño para crear soluciones novedosas en procesos y productos.- Conocimientos Técnicos, familiaridad con modelos de IA y LLMs para su despliegue.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $16,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *****, Ciudad de México, CDMXFecha límite para postularse: 31/10/2024
