**Vacante para la empresa LinkEazi en Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León**:**_ XZB Tech_**, a Chinese automotive company is a Volkswagen supplier and will serve the North American market.**_Join the team as HR Administrator_****_Responsibilities:_**1. Calculating monthly attendance, update database internally(such as sick leaves, etc)2. Calculating salary and submit to human resources department of HQ XZB;3. Assist the factory manager in charge of the recruitment;4. Participate in headhunting company recommendation and screening;5. Be responsible for employee's entry, becoming regular and leaving.Prepare and amending HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guidance.6. Supporting local HR management, including reviewing and renewing company polices, and legal compliance.7. Responsible for communication and coordination with payroll intermediary company;8. Supporting various management internally.9. Other HR related issues.**_Qualification and Skill:_**? Fluent in**_ English_** writing and speaking; Chinese is a plus.? 2 years Human resources working experiences (or more).? Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws, helping to developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.? Excellent communication skills.?
