Buscamos un(a)Partnerships Manager para LATAMque lidere y expanda nuestra red de partners en la región, con especial foco enCentroamérica, Chile y México. Será responsable tanto de la generación de nuevos socios estratégicos como del crecimiento y optimización del desempeño de los partners actuales.Responsabilidades principalesIdentificar, prospectar y cerrar nuevos partners estratégicos (consultoras de RR.HH., ATS, integradores tecnológicos, distribuidores, etc.) en toda Latinoamérica.Crear modelos de partnership que generen valor mutuo y aceleren la adquisición de clientes.Desarrollar planes regionales de expansión con foco en Chile, México y países CAM.Construir relaciones sólidas con los partners actuales y elevar su nivel de madurez, ventas y engagement.Implementar programas de enablement: capacitaciones, materiales comerciales, estrategias de go-to-market.Dar seguimiento a KPIs clave: pipeline, revenue por partner, activaciones mensuales, tasa de conversión y NPS.Colaborar con Marketing para crear campañas, contenidos y eventos orientados al canal de partners.Trabajar con Producto y Tech para facilitar las integraciones y resolver las necesidades técnicas de partners.Presentar reportes periódicos de desempeño, oportunidades y insights de mercado.Requisitos1+ año de experiencia en roles de Partnerships, Business Development o Channel Management (idealmente en SaaS o HR Tech).Experiencia gestionando mercados LATAM y relaciones comerciales multiculturales.Historial comprobado de generación de nuevos socios y crecimiento de revenue vía canal.Conocimiento del ecosistema HR (ATS, consultoras de reclutamiento, staffing, evaluaciones) es un plus.Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, negociación y manejo de relaciones.Español nativo; inglés intermedio–avanzado deseable.Qué ofrecemosOportunidad de liderar la estrategia de partnerships en toda LATAM.Rol de alto impacto en una empresa de rápido crecimiento dentro del sector HR Tech.Potencial de crecimiento profesional y participación en proyectos internacionales.
